Mediations

Data received in relation to Mediation, except the Mediation agreement is confidentially shredded, once the Mediation is complete. The only information we may keep is the email details of the legal representative, simply to request feedback following the Mediation or to discuss any matter related to the Mediation. This information is not passed on to anyone else, unless there is an administrative agency in place.

Prior to the Mediation data is often received directly from legal representatives, if not the Data Subject for the purpose of allowing us to organise and conduct the Mediation. This information may also be administered by an administrative Third Party (e.g Clerksroom).

Data, often includes personal and sensitive information requiring extra care to be taken to ensure it is protected and stored safely until the Mediation is concluded. The legal basis for processing this information can be found in the Mediation Agreement (Contract).

Dispute Resolution Training

Data received and processed for the purposes of Training is treated with care, particularly if the data is sensitive. Once the Training has been delivered, all sensitive and personal data will be shredded or deleted. We will retain the email addresses of the organisers to correspond further in relation to products or services that may be of interest to them.
