Opal Bridge was founded by Meera Lachani to meet the rising need for affordable professional mediation and neutral evaluation services that offer an alternative to traditional litigation. 

Meera's experience of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a  Litigation Solicitor across the Claimant and Defendant divide, within private practice and in house enviroments places her in a unique position to help people navigate conflict.

Her mission is to empower parties with impartial, expert guidance to resolve their disputes fairly and efficiently while preserving relationships and confidentiality.
